Refund policy

1. Final Sale Policy
1.1 Custom Artworks: Due to the personalized nature of custom artworks, all sales are final once the artwork is approved by the Customer and printed/shipped. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws, including EU regulations, which exempt custom-made products from the standard right of withdrawal. Customers are encouraged to carefully review each product listing to determine refund eligibility before placing an order.
1.2 Pre-Made Non-Customizable Artworks: For pre-made, non-customizable artworks, Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. This right does not apply to custom artworks as specified above.
2. Refunds for Artwork Approval
2.1 Approval Process: For custom artworks, Customers will receive the finished artwork for approval. Refunds for artwork disapproval are possible only if explicitly stated in the product listing:
- Refunds may be available as stated in the listing description or infographics for certain artwork styles.
- No refunds are available unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing for other artwork styles.
2.2 Unlimited Changes: Customers have the option for unlimited changes and adjustments to the custom artwork during the approval process.
3. Damage Claims
3.1 Notification Requirement: If the artwork arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the Company within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
3.2 Assessment and Resolution: The Company will assess the damage claim and may, at its discretion:
- Offer a replacement artwork of similar value, subject to availability; or
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not feasible.
3.3 Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval. The method of refund will be at the Company’s discretion (e.g., original payment method or store credit).
4. Conditions for Returns
4.1 Authorization: Returns will only be accepted if authorized by the Company. Customers must contact the Company’s customer service to initiate the return process.
4.2 Packaging: Artworks must be returned in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
4.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the Company.
5. Exclusions
5.1 Non-Damaged Custom Artworks: Custom artworks returned without damage or as a result of buyer's remorse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless explicitly stated in the listing.
6. Customs and Duties
6.1 Customer Responsibility: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. The Company advises customers to check with their local customs office for more information.
